Cancellation Policy
All cancellations with SNS Taxis Ltd require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pick-up date and time.
If driver details have already been issued for your journey, the full fare will remain chargeable, as a driver has already been allocated. Any cancellations made within the 24-hour notice period, or after driver details have been provided, will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
There is no charge for rescheduling your journey to an alternative date or time, provided the change is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
For corporate clients, any cancellation will incur a charge of 100% of the journey cost.
During the festive period (1st December to 2nd January), all cancellations will be charged at the full journey cost, regardless of notice given.
